What Rally Behavioral Offers Greater Newburyport Families

The Early Learning Program as a Dedicated Clinical Option

Transparent and Honest Care Across the North Shore

Rally Behavioral does not have an office in Newburyport. The clinic is situated at 21 Water Street, 5th Floor, in downtown Amesbury, Massachusetts. From this single location, the clinic serves families from Newburyport, Newbury, Byfield, West Newbury, and surrounding communities throughout Greater Newburyport.
Rally Behavioral was founded by Patricia "Pattie" Finney-Schulman, Ed.S., BCBA, LABA, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Pattie is also the parent of three children with disabilities, an experience that directly shapes the clinic's family-centered and neurodiversity-affirming philosophy.
Each child is paired with a Registered Behavior Technician who implements an individualized treatment plan in a one-to-one setting. A supervising BCBA stays clinically engaged throughout the entire course of treatment — not only at the outset — so the plan continues to evolve in response to the child's current needs and measured progress.
Yes, it is possible. The child's clinical assessment determines whether the Early Learning program should complement an existing classroom placement or serve as a standalone alternative to it. The decision rests on clinical evidence, not on scheduling logistics or placement convenience.
Therapy hours are established through each child's individual clinical assessment. They are not shaped by available appointment slots or insurance reimbursement limits. Rally Behavioral is equally committed to being transparent when a child no longer requires that level of clinical intensity.
